Lempen Puppet Theatre Company is a partnership of two sole traders. We are Liz and Daniel Lempen. We are committed to treating your data with respect and holding it correctly, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation enforced May 25th 2018.

•  We do not pass on your data to third parties in any circumstances
•  You have the right to have your data removed from our records at any time.
•  You have the right to request the data we store on you at any time.
•  We only use your data to send you relevant news about Lempen Puppet Theatre  Company.
•  This policy is drafted in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
•  Any storage of data is kept in password protected systems.

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that we hold or you provide to us.

We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review this Policy if you wish to do so.

Information We Collect

We keep contacts of bookers and event organisers that book theatre productions for their programmes and events. We only collect and store the details of Organisers (Theatres, Arts Centres, Schools and individual event organisers) that have booked us in the past or have expressed interest in receiving our information and booking us in the future.

•  We keep as appropriate, Name, Postal Address, Email, Phone Number

Use of Your Information

We use your contact details to let you know about new productions and our general touring availability.

•  We send out an email or postal mail no more than 5 times per year.
•  We will never share your personal information with any other party.

Storing Your Personal Data

We will keep your data on a safe office computer. We also keep some email addresses on our mail list on Mailchimp. We do our upmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your stored date is treated securely.
